The Airborne Service Helicopter Successively Rescued Two Sailors Who Got Hurt At the Open Waters of Keelung 
On July 28, 2015, a Philippine sailor of LEAP HEART (a Panamanian cargo ship weighted at about 17, 000 tons), which was on its voyage to Shanghai of China Mainland, was suspected of being attacked by apoplectic at the open waters about 47 sea miles off Keelung. After receiving the task inform at 8, the Airborne Service Corp, MOI, instantly made a risk assessment and confirmed the basic information and coordinate position of the freighter. The Corp then immediately dispatched equipped crews of Type AS-365 (No. NA-102) from Group 1 (stationed at Songshan) of the 1st Service Battalion to go for rescue. The task plane arrived at the target area at about 8:36. Things like cables and masts of the freighter seriously influence the hanging operation. The injured had been fixed to the stretcher. After discussion, crews of the plane determined to landed at the platform of the freighter. At 8:05, the injured was sent into the helicopter successfully. The plane went on its return voyage immediately and landed at the Songshan Airport at about 9:20. The ambulance personnel took over the injured to do further rescue. 
At about 12:50, a fisher folk from China Mainland got his little finger twisted and broken by the cable when working on a Taiwanese fisher, Shengchingli, which operated at the open seas 102 sea miles off Keelung. It was badly in need of rescue. After receiving the inform at 12:50 and considering the mission requirements and the site, the Airborne Service Corp instantly dispatched equipped crews of Type AS-365 (No. NA-102) from Group 1 (stationed at Songshan) of the 1st Service Battalion to go for rescue. The task plane arrived at the target area at about 13:51 and smoothly carried the injured person into plane at about 14:03. It went on its voyage immediately and arrived at the Songshan Airport at about 14:46. The ambulance personnel took over the injured to do further rescue. The mission was completed successfully.
