He was in charge of developing support agreement with Ministry of National Defense for the helicopter fleet maintenance project Blackhawks and effectively prevented flight safety events due to mechanical issues for flight safety improvement and saving of government budgets.
1. While he was in charge of the preventive maintenance and repair project of helicopter fleet, he found a contract violation, reduced the contract price and enforced a monetary punishment. This action effectively prevented flight safety events due to mechanical issues for flight safety improvement. In total more than NT$34 million of government budget was saved.
2. He was in charge of developing support agreement with Ministry of National Defense for UH-60M Blackhawks to enhance the logistics and maintenance of the fleet. He also established a mutual support, coordination and communication mechanism with the MND to maximize the benefits for the overall resources of the country.
