1. Mr. Tung has been very active in learning rescue skills, risk assessment and crew and resource management ever since he joined the airborne rescue force in 1993. He always has a session with his air and ground crews after every sortie on how to make the next mission much safer. He was promoted as a crew chief for AS-365 in 2001. Being a positive and devoted person, Mr. Tung loves to talk about new knowledge and skills with coworkers and new recruits in the hope to do their jobs perfectly. For this, he is highly recognized by coworkers and supervisors.

5. Mr. Tsai does his jobs very well as a search and rescue pilot every time he is dispatched and always works seamlessly with the air and ground crews. He gets the job done when it comes to saving lives and making sure that everyone is safe.
