After joined the air rescue team in 2009, Wu has proactively learned rescue skills, risk assessment and crew resource management. Wu ever served at the 3rd Wing and 2nd Wing for aviation security affairs. In ordinary days, he has spent times on ameliorating rescue skills and risk control capability and was managed to implement all missions successfully. After became the instructor of new UH-60M Black Hawk in 2016, he has devoted himself to teaching novices learn disciplinary and technical skills and completed a number of delivery missions. He also received recognition from the colleagues and affirmation from the supervisors.

As the rescue pilot, Wu does his job very well with a responsible attitude and always works seamlessly with the air and ground crews. He gets the job done when it comes to saving lives and making sure that everyone is safe.
