The Corps has an air crew consisting of pilots and maintenance workers. The employment requires the following: (1) the Corps will propose the employment of aviation pilots, level 3 of high-level civil test when there is a job vacancy for pilot. The applicant shall meet one of the following criteria according to the application criteria for aviation pilots, level 3 of high-level civil test as specified by Ministry of Examination in 2015, have attended and graduated from an aviation training school or program in Taiwan or a foreign location for 5 months or more with a training certificate, and have accumulated 250 hours or more of flight hours, 100 or more of which are for helicopter, in order to apply for this examination: 1. The applicant has graduated from a department or graduate program provided by a public or registered private independent college or above, or a foreign independent college or higher certified by Ministry of Education with a diploma; 2. The applicant has passed the equivalent category of the ordinary civil test or a special test equivalent to the ordinary civil test for 3 years or more; or 3. The applicant has passed the equivalent category of the high level competitive examination. (2) The Corps will propose the employment of maintenance crew, level 3 of high-level civil test or the aircraft maintenance category of ordinary civil test when there is a job vacancy for maintenance crew. The applicant shall meet one of the following criteria according to the application criteria for maintenance crew, level 3 of high-level civil test or the aircraft maintenance category of ordinary civil test as specified by Ministry of Examination in 2015, and have had a year of experience in the maintenance of airplanes and/or helicopters in order to apply for this examination: 1. The applicant has graduated from a department or graduate program provided by a public or registered private independent college or above, or a foreign independent college or higher certified by Ministry of Education with a diploma; 2. The applicant has passed the equivalent category of the ordinary civil test or a special test equivalent to the ordinary civil test for 3 years or more; or 3. The applicant has passed the equivalent category of the high level civil test. In addition, the applicant who has passed the aircraft maintenance category of the ordinary civil test shall meet one of the following criteria, have attended and graduated from an aircraft maintenance training school or program in Taiwan or a foreign location for 5 months or more with a training certificate, and have accumulated a year or more of experience in helicopter maintenance in order to apply for this examination: 1. The applicant has the qualification of the equivalent category of high-level civil test as shown in Paragraph 1; 2. The applicant has graduated from a public or registered private senior high school with a diploma; 3. The applicant has passed the elementary examination or a special examination equivalent to the elementary examination in an equivalent category for 3 years; or 4. The applicant has passed the high-level or ordinary civil test in an equivalent category.
