The 1st team of the 1st NASC Battalion stationed in Songshan received command of implementing an EMS mission: A Kinmen citizen 張O寶 (female, was born in 1924) suffered from acute myocardial infarction required an EMS to transfer the patient to Taipei Veterans General Hospital for treatment. The helicopter number NA-109 took off at 23:56 on 30 September and headed to Kinmen with the largest horsepower. After arrived in Kinmen at 01:25 on 1 October to pick up the patient, family member and medical personnel totally 4 people, the helicopter took off from Kinmen at 01:48 and returned to Taipei along the same route. The helicopter landed at Taipei Songshan Airport at 03:25 and the patient was transported to Taipei Veterans General Hospital by medical personnel. This mission was successfully completed.
