115 cases of aviation and ground safety incident in Taiwan and around the world were collected into the “Collection of Aviation and Ground Safety Cases” on November 24, 2016, which aims for the improvement of aviation safety awareness of the Corps and the enhancement of flight safety precautions. This is an effort to learn from what have happened to others so that the same will not happen to us, as to prevent possible harm to the crew and the aircrafts. (Prepared by Aviation Safety Commission)
