1. Mr. Wang has been committed to learning search and rescue skills, risk evaluation and crewmember resource management since he joined the airborne S&R effort in 2014. He works closely with those who work with him on how to improve themselves in the hope to make every job a perfect one. As he was promoted to AS365N crew chief, he carries that enthusiasm over to teaching new crewmembers about professional knowledge and skills, thus highly recognized by fellow workers and superiors.

Stranded vessel S&R: 11 sorties;
Mountain hiker S&R: 1 sortie.
3. He was called for emergency tasks in 2016 as follows:
Emergency evacuation: 10 sorties;
Mountain hiker S&R: 2 sorties;
Stranded vessel S&R: 9 sorties;
Disaster observation: 1 sortie.
4. He was dispatched in 2017 for the following emergency missions:
Medical evacuation: 26 sorties;
Mountain hiker S&R: 4 sorties;
Stranded vessel S&R: 14 sorties.
5. From Jan to Aug 2018, he was called for the following emergency tasks:
Medical evacuation: 8 sorties;
Stranded vessel S&R: 3 sorties.
6. Mr. Wang is a hard-working search and rescue crew chief who has saved lots of lives by working together with crewmembers. He always gets the job done for a remarkable performance.
