(1). Mr. Wang has been committed to learning search and rescue skills, risk evaluation and crewmember resource management since he joined the airborne S&R effort in 2013. In 2017, he was promoted to a pilot of UH-60M but remains enthusiastic in teaching new crewmembers about professional knowledge and skills, thus highly recognized by fellow workers and superiors.
(2). He was dispatched to the following emergency missions from 2015 to 2018:
1.21 sorties of offshore (coastal) recon and escort;
2.23 sorties of marine S&R;
3.12 sorties of mountain hiker S&R;
4.2 sorties of injury evacuation;
5.1 sorties of firefighting;
6.2 sorties of air transportation;
7.12 sorties of exercise support.
(3). Mr. Wang is a hard-working search and rescue pilot who has saved lots of lives by working together with crewmembers. He always gets the job done for a remarkable performance.
