Conducted over 300 procurement cases, which are mostly open bid (some have been nullified for a number of times or been cancelled), since 2008. With her conscious, Chen has implemented her duty impartially in accordance with Government Procurement Act, and never makes or accepts any request or lobby. When doing the procurement works, she always does her best to find out the truth; protect the rights of National Airborne Service Corps (NASC) and the suppliers; investigate any circumstances that are favorable or unfavorable to NASC and the suppliers; and ensure everything has been done properly. Chen has achieved outstanding performance and always accomplishes the mission successfully.

Implemented the promotion of “Energy-Saving Action Plan for Government Agencies and Schools”.

Started to serve at Aerial Police Brigade (APB) in 1989. Instead of fighting for merit or finding excuses, Chen has been practical and responsible at work and always does her very best to accomplish the missions assigned by the superior.
