1. Mr. Tsai joined the air rescue crew in 2011 and has been working hard to improve himself in rescue skills, risk assessment and crew and resource management. He always debriefs with the crew after a sortie on what needs to be improved, hoping that the issue will never happen again. Mr. Tsai has been flying AS-365 as a pilot-in-command since Oct 2014. He has a positive attitude towards what he does and is an enthusiastic person loved by the staff.

6. Mr. Tsai does his jobs very well every time he is dispatched and always works seamlessly with the air and ground crews. He gets the job done when it comes to saving lives and making sure that everyone is safe.
