1. Mr. Chao prepared for the civil servant exam in 2009 as he was discharged from the military with honor, and made his way into the big family of Airborne Service Corps as expected. He was trained to fly UH-1H as soon as he joined the Corps and started to learn the flight and rescue mission skills. He briefs and debriefs his crew before and after every flight and values flight safety concerns such as risk assessment and crew and resource management in the hope to get the job done. He is now also a UH-1H instructor and test pilot. He always delivers for every flight mission and desk job given to him, and is loved and recognized by his coworkers and supervisors.

6. Mr. Chao does his jobs very well every time he is dispatched and always works seamlessly with the air and ground crews. He gets the job done when it comes to saving lives and making sure that everyone is safe.
