Since joining the aerial search and rescue service in 2016, Officer Wen has actively developed expertise in rescue skills, risk assessment, and crew resource management. After each mission, he has consistently engaged in reflection and post-mission discussions with fellow crew members to identify improvements, striving to ensure every mission is accomplished safely and successfully.
In 2016, he was assigned as Co-Pilot of the AS-365 helicopter, and in July 2018 was promoted to Pilot-in-Command. Since then, he has successfully completed numerous search and rescue missions. With dedication and enthusiasm, he has also guided new personnel in both academic and practical training, earning strong recognition from colleagues and commendation from superiors.
