1.Served as Deputy Convener and Executive Secretary of the UH-60M Black Hawk Forward-Looking Project, responsible for overall planning, program execution, and promotion. After 13 years of effort, the aircraft delivery mission was successfully completed, and in 2022 the team was awarded the Outstanding Public Service Contribution Award (Group Category). Major achievements included:

(1)Enhanced the nation’s air, land, and sea rescue capability, with Black Hawk helicopters successfully rescuing 944 individuals.

(2)Completed structural modifications prior to aircraft delivery, saving over NT$3.2 billion.

(3)Conducted domestic painting and coating of Black Hawk helicopters, saving over NT$150 million.

(4)Successfully coordinated delivery operations at Kaohsiung Port by implementing road closures and towing procedures, reducing port-stay risks through effective inter-agency collaboration.

(5)Achieved cost savings of NT$2.87 billion through teamwork and overcoming operational challenges.

(6)Promoted cross-ministry collaboration and resource sharing in maintenance, improving aircraft readiness and saving an additional NT$200 million.

2.In line with the government’s mountain access policy, served as Convener of the Task Group for helicopter airlift of construction materials, successfully completing the aerial transport for four mountain huts, ensuring the safety of hikers.

3.Supervised and advanced the helicopter deck-landing project between the National Airborne Service Corps and the Coast Guard Administration’s patrol vessels, achieving significant results.

4.Planned and guided the Black Hawk helicopter reconfiguration training program, saving over NT$20 million in overseas training expenses.

5.Supervised the 2022 performance evaluation of the Ministry of the Interior’s Open Data Initiative, with the National Airborne Service Corps achieving a perfect score of 100, marking the fourth consecutive year of top performance.

6.Served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Corps, overseeing cybersecurity monitoring and protection operations. All external intrusion attempts were effectively blocked, with no cybersecurity incidents recorded in 2022.

8.Supervised the construction of the new helicopter hangar at the Taitung Garrison, which was awarded the Golden Quality Award, significantly improving the working and standby environment for flight crews.
