An Emergency Transfer of a Ludao Citizen suffered from suspected Stroke

A Ludao citizen 李O (female, was born in 1970) was suspected to have a stroke and delivered to Ludao Health Office. After implemented the first aid, the patient has restored her life signal. Nevertheless, ad the office lacked of medical facilities and the patient was in a critical condition, an EMS to transfer the patient to Taitung Hospital of Ministry of Health Welfare was requested. 
After received a notification from the NASC Duty Command Center by phone to implement the Ludao EMS mission today (the 11th) at 12:36, the standby crew immediately completed related works and dispatched UH-1H helicopter NA-512 to implement the mission. The helicopter took off at 13:01 towards Ludao with a nurse on board and landed at Ludao Airport at 13:20. After it picked up 1 patient and 1 family member, the helicopter took off from Ludao at 13:25 and arrived in Taitung at 13:40. The patient was then transported to Taitung Hospital of Ministry of Health Welfare and the mission was successfully completed.
